[B-brains] Documentation suggestion of JOHN

Hi, Hesam,

I'm learning JOHN language now. This is an attractive language and very easy
to read!  I have a suggestion about the documentation. Would you mind
to put a "getting started" introduction?

I use test.jmc file to play with the language. Although reading is
easy, but it is very hard to understand the syntax because there are
too many pages in the documentation.

For example:
> hi + 2.
hi2

explains how to use + and Word type. But even this simple case was
difficult. Yes, there is an explanation in the "Primitive Types"
manual, but it was hard to find the page because this page is middle
of the index page.

I think adding more comments into
http://www.advicetaker.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php?n=Main.Test is enough.
And it should be just after Running the Interpreter page.
